Online Theme Evening: "Female Managers report": Working@PorscheConsulting

Birgit Engler, Alexandra Rietenbach and Claudia Kaiser of the management consultancy Porsche Consulting will provide insights into their professional careers, highlight success strategies as well as the possibilities for dealing with obstacles and will be available to answer questions on the topic of women's careers in management consultancy.

Birgit Engler is a partner at Porsche Consulting. During her International Business studies, she already worked at Porsche Consulting as an intern and diploma student. After a trainee program and her first job as a strategic buyer in the automotive supplier industry, she returned to Porsche Consulting as a consultant in 2006. Today, she is responsible for the partner area of automotive suppliers and is in the lead for the cross-sectional topic of sustainability.

After studying business psychology, Alexandra Rietenbach gained a wide range of work experience, e.g. as an officer candidate in the German Armed Forces or as an HR Business Partner in the chemical industry. At Porsche Consulting, she works as a Sr. Consultant in research and development for the automotive industry.

Claudia Kaiser is Sr. Consultant HR & Diversity and has been with Porsche Consulting for over 10 years. She is the founder of the internal Women@CO network and her passion is diversity and female empowerment.

The event is a cooperation of the Career Center and the IGaD of the RWTH Aachen University and is aimed at female students and young female scientists.
