Online Theme Evening: "Career Planning in Science for young female Scientists" with Mirjam Müller (University of Konstanz)

Mirjam Müller is a personnel developer and science coach with a focus on postdocs in Academic Staff Development at the University of Konstanz. She is author of several career guides and member of the "Coachingnetz Wissenschaft e.V.".

The online theme evening introduces the framework of career requirements in science.
On the basis of the academic career portfolio, requirements of the science system for further scientific careers will be shown. Career models and job types will be presented as well as temporary regulations and career opportunities clarified. Based on this, advice for strategic career planning will be discussed.
