We, the Rectorate Staff Unit Integration Team - Human Resources, Gender and Diversity Management (IGaD) at RWTH Aachen University, are looking for a Student Assistant to join us, starting 10 January, 2022, in actively shaping gender justice and equal opportunities at the university.
Yout Tasks include, among others, support in various projects (in German and English) at (online) events or in the design of websites. In addition, public relations, for example the creation of printed materials and presentations, are part of your tasks.
We are looking for students in a relevant subject or with an interest in the topics of gender and diversity, who are enthusiastic about organizing projects and events and have very good expressive skills as well as knowledge of MS Office and Zoom.
The IGaD team consists of 13 people. At the moment the team works alternately remotely at home and in the office, the working hours are flexible by arrangement. There are regular team meetings and a lively exchange with mutual support and plenty of room for ideas.
