Interactive online tool "SPEAR's COMPASS Guide" published
On the occasion of the International Women's Day on 8 March 2022, the consortium of the Horizon 2020 funded gender equality project SPEAR has published the interactive online tool "SPEAR's COMPASS Guide".
The web tool is intended to support gender equality actors in taking a holistic view on the development of goals and the implementation of measures to promote gender equality and thus ensure their quality.
In addition to an interactive COMPASS, working materials and instructions on how to apply the COMPASS method in practice, the tool contains more than 20 Good Practice Examples of gender equality measures from the SPEAR consortium, including numerous examples from RWTH Aachen University.
In the project, IGaD is responsible for the coordination of the development and implementation of the virtual learning materials and thus makes a significant contribution to the sustainable safeguarding of the project results and knowledge transfer. The provision of attractive and informative learning materials supports gender equality actors and change agents at European research performing organisations (RPOs) in achieving gender equality through the implementation of gender equality plans.
SPEAR's COMPASS Guide and other learning materials are freely available on the project's website.
