Management of the mentoring programme TANDEM (since 2011 TANDEMstud and TANDEMdok) | Collaboration on the internal diversity concept 2013 - 2018.

2014 - 2020
Overall management of the TANDEM mentoring programmes | responsibility for gender consulting for research proposals and collaborations| consulting of university institutions on their gender equality plans | gender & diversity consulting of the Clusters of Excellence | co-responsibility on the strategic development of Gender & Diversity Management | collaboration on the Staff Development Concept (2017), the Equality Concept 2017 – 2022, as well as the relaunch of the Golden Rules of family-friendly management (2018).

Since 2020
Management of the mentoring programmes TANDEMstud & TANDEMdok | various tasks in the Gender & Diversity Management, among others management of the forumDIVERSITY,  as well as collaboration on the Diversity Strategy 2022 - 2027
