January 2018 to December 2020: team member of the Vice-rectorate for Human Resources Management and Development at RWTH, active in Talent Sourcing for female professors (January 2018 to December 2019) and coordinating the Secretariat of the Task Force Human Resources of the European association of Univerisities in Science and Technology CESAER (February 2018 to December 2020)
Since October 2018: part-time studies in Psychology (B.Sc.), Fernuniversität in Hagen
March to October 2018: maternity leave replacement at the IGaD managing the project completion "audit family-friendly university"
