  • Re-entry Positions: Promotion of an early re-entry of about 20 female and male postdocs after parental leave as part of the action „Place to Be“ of the Institutional Strategy II oft he Excellence Initiative (2013 to 2018)
  • Diversity Fund: Promotion of 18 female and male alumni with three-year doctoral positions as part of the action „Place to Be“ of the Institutional Strategy II (2012 to 2017)
