The Diversity Strategy 2022-2027 has the motto "University in transition. Equal opportunities and diversity as a prerequisite for excellence."  The strategy presents a status quo, a vision for four fields of action and defines future activities for the implementation period. In this way, framework conditions are ensured so that all university employees feel welcome and can freely develop and unfold their individual talents without experiencing discrimination.

You can find the Diversity Strategy as online magazine on this page.

The Gender Equality Plan consists of a framework plan for the entire university and the gender equality plans of the faculties, the administration as well as the central scientific institutions and the central university units. The updating of the equality plans is planned after 3 years.
