About the "Inclusion Initiative"

Under the leadership of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and the Max Planck Society, the Alliance of Science Organizations have launched the "Initiative Inclusion". The aim is to break down visible and invisible barriers and actively promote the participation and development opportunities of people with disabilities in science and research.

Aims of the event

During this digital career event, you will gain exciting insights into the world and everyday working life in research and science. You will have the opportunity to network directly with employees from non-university research organizations and find out about entry opportunities, career paths and the organizations' commitment to inclusion and diversity. You can also find out which skills and qualifications are important for a career in science and how you can best prepare for it. Take the opportunity to learn from the experiences of other participants and make valuable contacts, and find out what opportunities there are for stays abroad and research funding for people with disabilities.
