The workshop sensitizes faculty staff as well as leaders in the faculties to the importance of stereotype-free or gender-fair job advertisements, provides the necessary background knowledge and gives suggestions, hints, tools and tips for a gender-fair design of job advertisements.
Conveying current research findings on the effect of gender-fair job advertisements
Sensitization for the use of language and linguistic attributions in job advertisements
Exercises, tools and possibly a checklist for gender-fair job advertisements
Qualification of the Instructor / Coach
Dr. Tanja Hentschel has been an Assistant Professor at the University of Amsterdam since 2017 and a freelance trainer on the topics of personnel selection, gender stereotypes and biases, diversity-conscious recruiting and management, leadership and career planning since 2013.
