Description

The expert and highly efficient management of the requirements is one of the key success factors within the framework of a project. Missing, incorrect or ambiguous requirements in projects inevitably lead to the client's dissatisfaction and in most cases entail high additional costs in the later project phases.

As part of this training you will learn how to implement a successful, high-quality requirements management that is tailored to your project’s needs. On the basis of the theoretical content, the individual areas are studied through targeted exercises in order to optimally prepare you for the problems of requirements management.
